PrevenDoor is a door maintenance plan, agreed with the customer, with the aim of maintaining doors in an optimal state of operation and conservation, at preferential prices and conditions.

Collbaix offers technical advice for any problems that arise due to incorrect use. A wide range of maintenance contracts is available. PrevenDoor provides a service that covers the most basic maintenance through to the most complete technical support that is ideal for businesses.

INCLUDES

  • A preventive maintenance annual review according with the insurance requirements.
  • 15% off from total invoice (materials, labour cost and displacements.
  • User training.
  • Telephone helpline in commercial hours from monday to friday, from 8AM to 6PM.

INCLUDES

    • A indeterminated number of preventive maintenance annual reviews deppending on: doors installed, special requirements, specific appliencies (public parking or special installations)

All PrevenBasic options and optionally:

  • 3 years extension warranty period for new installations
  • Telephone helpline 24/365 directly to a technician out of commercial hours. Sundays and holidays
